Advice Needed re Camper Electrical Problem

I have repaired a friend RV that had the exact same issue last summer. The connections coming from the truck (The black wire with the connector) are typically going into a connections box. This connection box is often outside the RV or not well protected and will corrode and create a resistance in the joint. Open the connection box and check/replace the connections and that should fix the issue with charging from the truck.
