Advice on my roof

Question

Hello,Bought a used 2005 starcraft last year. Getting it ready for this summer and notice some cracking along the edges so i decided to use eternabond and tape the sides. While looking at roof im thinking it might be time to paint it. Staring to see some black spots. I have no leaks and dont want any. I bought the 2 part dicor roof coating stuff. Im new to this so i figure i ask you guys what you think or is it time to do it. Here are some pictures.

Can you tell if the black spots are just mold/dirt, or is it wearing through?

I guess just wearing through. As i clean the roof i start to see it a little more and more in a few spots.

The white coating is just a covering (sacrificial) for the actual rubber (EPDM), You are most likely in good shape as far as water intrusion as it appears from what I'm able to make out is cosmetic.

You've taken some good steps by sealing the edges, and checking all areas that are caulked.

The white is just a cosmetic coating as well as it reflects heat better than black. So on the positive side you're still good. But it will start to show more black. Since you already have the coating I would probably just put it on and be done with it.
