Adzel...real world benefits? Drawbacks?

Extreme pricing??? I have it on my Apex. The price was in line with other TT of the same size, and floor plan. However it is hundreds of pounds lighter. It has a higher insulation value. I can tell you. My AZDEL TT was a lot cooler in the summer heat non AZDEL TT ever was.
I am glad you like it,I won't try to do any comparisons,other then to say that the weight and pricing of the Apex is not out standing,my main reference was regarding Lance as stated.I some how don't see it being better then sliced white bread as the saying goes,I think if water was the problem buy the ones made entirely out of aluminum.
Will give one example. Jayco White Hawk, with luan, Same floor plan Jayco Yellow sticker. 5800lbs. APEX with AZDEL. yellow sticker 4800lbs. Big difference for me. No rotting is only one benefit. Your Aluminum TT will be very hot, in summer and very cold, in winter.
But if you don't like it, Don't buy it. But it is better than plywood
