There is certainly nothing wrong with Azdel, sounds like it's an extruded reinforced polymer much like fiberglas....
While it is true that it is rot-proof it does make trade offs in terms of insulating value vs wood, ability to hold driven fasteners, etc.
You were the one that opened this discussion by stating that Azel has NO disadvantages, and that is simply not true. Doesn't make it unsuitable by any means, you are just trading other features for rot-proof, that's all....
OR was the real reason for you post to point out that your Azdel-built rig is far superior to the other POS trailers that have filon/luann construction?
