All of my calc's are based on 60 mph (100 km/hr - 28 m/s) and 70 degF (21 degC). I have designs that exceed 80% REDUCTION in towing force due to aerodynamics.
Assuming a linear relationship for fuel consumption (which I doubt is true) and all other things being the same (weight, rolling resistance, etc), that means 80% less fuel costs for towing this shape vs a box shape.
Not to be overlooked is the reduction on stress on the TV. Easier straight line pulling and less impact from gusts. I wonder how you would put a value on the wear and tear of the TV. Then there is driver fatigue (priceless). And the ability to go faster (get there sooner) for less fuel.
