I have the Adventurer 86SBS down as 3,459 lbs dry, which seems about right given your number. That puts the wet weight at 3,906. With gear 4,206. Note that we don't carry that much gear camping in our current trailer.
The Lance 855S I have as 3,300 dry, 3,631 wet, and 3,931 with gear. If it carried 14 more gallons of fresh water it would be within 50 lbs of the 86SBS, so the smaller tanks give it a bit of an unfair advantage in the weight game.
The AF 811 3,973 dry, 4,479 wet, and 4,779 with gear.
