Old TT was 20' and towed by an F150 with a V6. New TT is 29' towed by an F250 with a V10. Mileage improved. The F150 got 6-8 mpg (5.6 at worst) and the F250 gets around 8-10 mpg. The V6 was running flat out most of the time. However, the V10 is awful on short trips around town but may be partly due to the heavier truck.
