mkirsch is correct, they will do nothing for you, except maybe add a tiny bit of capacity which isn't necessary. This gets discussed on a regular basis on truck forums. Any hype is due to advertisement and those who believe every ad they read.
You have lock out hubs on the front axle, why in the world would you need that anyway? Other than you just have some money you want to spend. Which is a nice position to be in, but I'd recommend finding a better way to spend it.
