Bedlam

I had the upfitting department at Dave Smith Ram in Idaho do the work, but some of the work was outsourced to an outfit in Spokane called Titan Truck Equipment. The Palfinger Badger bed had to be notched in the rear to clear the SuperHitch Magnum, but no other modification was required other than drilling for the installation of my Curt 30k lb goose neck. The receiver is so large that many beds with rear skirts or integrated receivers will not fit with this Torklift monster - That will limit your selection if you plan to tow heavy with an extension since I have not found anything better than a SuperHitch for this application.
If anyone needs contact information for the commercial side of Dave Smith Ram or their upfitting department, send me a private message and I will dig up the names with their extensions. By making the upfit a separate transaction, I was able to pay the lower Idaho tax on the upfit although the unfinished truck was taxed at my state's higher rate. You should be able to wrap your purchase into one transaction and not pay sales tax since it would be registered in Oregon.
