It does use a WFCO converter. I can lookup the exact model. Last I looked it's float was 13.2v, absorption=13.6, and bulk 14.4v. And this is what I am seeing although I have yet to see it go to bulk mode yet. The specs for the Trojan AGM calls for 14.2-14.6v for absorption which is the same as the Lifeline's. So I guess if it's working fine for you with a lower charging voltage it should for me as well.....
