Just my .02 cents worth. Dually geometry is tricky period. I'm trying to get a visual what your describing. So lets say you don't even have those airbags with any air in them at all. When your loaded with no air pressure, your overloads are not making full contact? Forgive me but what camper weighs in at 2500 pounds in a dually fully loaded? I can't wrap my head around this one. What TC do you have? You do not...and should not have to run pressures beyond 40 to 80 psi. An onboard air controller is another discussion but we also have to discuss your upper and lower brackets and what the travel is between those two points. Stock brackets are just that...generic. I cut and modified mine as to get the correct travel up and down when loaded. The problem with bags on a dually is that you will most likely have to "stretch" them a bit in order for them to work correctly when your overloads are correctly engaged. Back to the load...I was carrying a Arctic fox 1150 fully loaded at over 4000 pounds. Can you post pictures of what you have going on?
