WE've had pictures posted some time back with a TC on a pickup with a broken frame rail caused by too much air in the bags. The frame rail broke right above where the bag pushed against the rail.
My '98 one ton DRW chevy 4x4 overloads will slam hard when they are just touching or just about to touch. I don't carry a TC but this truck does carry GN hitch loads from 2260 lbs up to max axle/tire loads. I sure wouldn't set any rear suspension up where the overloads will slam the bump stops. Makes a rough noisy ride.
