Anytime you add something to the stock suspension you need to be a little careful. There are a few pictures posted on various sites of the overload perches bent from the use of blocks/stableloads etc. Plenty more pictures of bent airbag brackets. Few of these are engineered even close to OEM standards.
The Ford overload has a total capacity rating of 438 lbs each according to Ford (2015 model). Do you know how much you put on it with Stableloads?
A loaded and unloaded height check is good, but remember to add 2-3" of travel beyond that in each direction for jounce and rebound, unless you can arrange never to encounter any bumps.
