The OP said it was the fitting and by looking at the picture all the suds are coming from that area, Just because you see a few bubbles around the bag and metal plate doesn't mean thats where the leak is, when you test with soap and water you look for the area that the bubbles are moving and growing and by the photo the fitting is that
