hi out there - we just took our trailer in for some warranty issues, when i realize that i do have lightness in the front end when towing. the service manager said that i may need suspension air bags?...

What you describe is indicative of not enough weight transfer with your current hitch. Air bags will only level the truck after the hitch has been properly adjusted. You need to have around 13% tongue tongue weight ( that's 13% of the trailers actual ready to travel weight. Then you need to make sure your WD bars are sized accordingly.
