hi out there - we just took our trailer in for some warranty issues, when i realize that i do have lightness in the front end when towing. the service manager said that i may need suspension air bags?...

Put on the airbags, and level the TV, and then. You will stil have the same problem you have now. Forget the bags, and evidently forget your service manager. He is not qualified for his job.
No one that knows anything about towing a TT, would suggest air bags to return steering control to the steering axles.
