I've run 5,000 pound bags on 2 different trucks that were carrying a 4,000 pound TC in the bed while also towing a boat. I can't imagine you would need more lift.
I suspect you don't need them at all. Trucks are supposed to sag when you put weight in the bed. Had you not messed with the front end the truck would sit level when loaded like it's supposed too. It will probably ride better with the weight on the back. Adding bags essentially stiffens the suspension to keep it from sagging so it will likely ride harsher with the bags inflated.
I ran air bags on my trucks carrying the TC because I was running from 1,100 to 1,700 pounds over the truck's GVWR.
