For another data point, on my DRW '10 F450 with stock 19.5s, my vehicle recommendation is 75 in rear and 80 in front for a 14,500 GVWR. Because my rims are narrow, I run 225s. To get the tread pattern I wanted, that also means I run Fs. Of course, I have plenty of capacity with 4 rear tires even at 75.
I ran 80-85 in front and 95-100 in rear on my SRW '06 F350. I essentially ran 15 high compared to the recommended max pressures for the vehicle which added some capacity. I found that too much in the front made the vehicle tend to track more when the pavement was grooved.
