Make sure your tires and rims have a safety bead.
If commercial (half inch), they do NOT have a safety bead, so they can NOT be aired down to where class P and LT tires are for sand
Losing a bead on a commercial tire out there would mean a tough time getting them to reseat their beads....been there done that with 16.5” dia tires (load range F)
As for airing them down or back up...any air source that has the volume/PSI will do. I’ve never touched dually’s for off road, so don’t know any of the HOW2’s for that. Good luck finding what info you need
