Sounds very similar to the issues Ram's 6.4 has had.
If this is the issue it will not take long to program something to speed up the idle to get oil pressure.
Back in the day Ford had engine that ran fine, but had low oil pressure at idle. I know of 1 tow company that added aftermarket cruise control, but put pickup on flywheel instead of driveline.
Change in software should fix if that is problem. Of course at idle normally getting 0 MPG, so more gallons of gas used at idle would hurt, so might change oil pump.
