That is correct because the new trucks will have the DEF fill port next to the diesel fill port for the new 6 cylinder Duramax. If you watch the last video I linked they show the new and larger flip door to access the fuel and def fill ports.
I guess my point was a 5 gal can. never heard of the def in a 5 gal can. am I wrong?
chevman - Bionic_ManExplorerLots of other improvements including longer wheel bases and larger cabs as well. Looks like a winner.

Up to 7 cylinder deactivation for fuel saving on the V8. In-line 6 cylinder diesel is still the best layout for a diesel imo. Can’t wait to get the power and torque numbers on that engine.

chevman - Here's some more intel on the new Chevy.
Noteworthy enhancements:
Eliminated the offset steering wheel
Brake controller on the right hand side
DEF fill port next to diesel fill port
Chief engineer... yep...yep...yep...yep :B
Got a LOL when Mr. Truck was under the truck looking for the DEF tank and transmission type on the diesel truck. :B
Link - kw_00ExplorerCool truck for sure and now another Dmax is hitting the street! With Inline 6 diesel that should be an impressive engine. Looking forward for the upcoming test for sure on that truck. Now I'm curios about the GM 6.0. They just mentioned the 5.3 and 6.2 only as a refresh. I know that they were discussing the 1/2 ton market only it seems, but does anyone know the plans for the HD engines?
- smurfs_of_warExplorerInline 6? Nice. That will be a twisty little thing.

Nice trucks and how about the 3 liter inline 6 cylinder diesel.
Hopefully it will contribute to getting rid of the anti diesel hysteria and trollling rampart on a well known blog GeoBoy wrote:

Yes... I didn't see that one coming.
