As stated, do NOT plug into shore power until you know 100% for sure that you have not reversed the battery cables. At the least, you can destroy the battery. Have a friend who did this early this year and he fried the battery and blew the board in the furnace. If you hear the circuit breaker (in A-frame) clicking on and off and smell a rotten egg smell if plugged into shore power, you've definitely got the battery connected in reverse. It won't take very long to destroy the battery in that case.
You don't say what you have for a TT. If it's a newer one with LED lights, they will not work with reverse polarity. If you did connect reversed, there is a reverse polarity fuse in the converter/panel you could check.
I'd also check the negative cable to chassis ground connection at the A-frame area to ensure a good/clean connection. If an older unit, this is more of a possibility.
The circuit breaker in the A-frame connects to the positive cable from the battery and then goes to your panel. That could potentially be faulty. Check for 12 volts before and after the CB.
