Making most choices are all about compromise.
No question, Airstreams have a very good quality. But, are you willing to exclude all the others out there for the "quality" factor? In one of your videos about your requirements for a camper as you transition into a full time lifestyle, you were pretty adamant about finding a camper that would allow "desk space" for your work. You stated that anything with a dinette was out. Has that changed? You said "we" intend to work out of this camper full time, relocating about once a month. I assume that means both of you working. Does that mean some sort of telecommuting (programming, web design, etc.)- as in needing computer space? I don't think this camper will be large enough for you if that is true. It will be difficult to set up two computers on the dinette and use it for meals also, and there is no other room in a 27' Airstream.
I think you will need a larger camper if you want to work in it full time; one with a layout that can accommodate desk space as well as living space. I suggest that you look around at other brands, even though you may have to give up quality.
I know you like to explore and boondock. But if you are trying to work out of this camper a month at a time, a year from now (when the "new" wears off of your new lifestyle) I think you will be looking for campgrounds with full hookups and plenty of good clean power to work from. You could use still that as a base camp for your excursions into backpacking areas.
The bottom line is this - no, I don't know of another camper made with the same quality, but does that trump all your other needs? Realistically, what percentage of your time will be spent working as compared to boondocking and playing? I bet it will be significant, and I think you might want to assign your priorities accordingly. Don't fool yourself.
If you go larger, consider something in the 35-37 foot range that can be configured to provide comfort and a good work space. For the money you will spend on an Airstream and a 350/3500 van, you can buy a fifth wheel and a 350/3500 truck... And have more storage space.
