Period.
We have the double pane windows and they give up nothing to the Airstream. I would rate the AF better.
Airstream, to me, is too confining. No slides would never work for the way we camp. Too much money for too little camper. They may last a lifetime but after ten years or so I might be ready for something besides the same, old, tube....
I could buy two or three campers, really nice ones, for the price of an Airstream. At 52 YOA, it makes sense.
I like seeing them come into the campground, then I think of the cost and shake my head.
