For the kind of places we go, a front window really doesn't offer much. Most the sites back up to the best view, and what you see out the front is part of our van and the trailers across the way. We have always gone with the "rear lounge" layout, and have had plenty of windows in that end. Our first trailer had a front window, and we ended up with the blinds closed most the time as we were either dressing or wanted to keep out the early morning light. Present trailer has nice sized side windows in the front bedroom, but no front window - just a huge hanging closet, and we haven't missed the window a bit.
