After lots of suggestions to check out Avion, I gave them a better look. They seem like a great fit for me. I haven't seen one in person, but I plan to check one out soon. I'm leaning towards an 80s 25-30 ft model.
I'm not smitten with aluminum, but I'm not against it either. It seems colder in cold weather, but at least the Avions use spray insulation. From what I've read, they're slightly better insulated than airstreams.
I'm also interested in bigfoot trailers. I still need to look at one of those in person, they're tough to find.
