I think you have the extremes on both ends. f350 was overkill. 3/4 ton diesel I think is a nice middle ground that has good payload, comfortable ride and the diesel for torque and durability. With the ecoboost such a fine engine, I wonder why we are not seeing them in everything from farm tractors to super tankers. Just put more gears in the tranny.
