don’t know if you already bought the F150; if you did congrats they seem like great trucks. I had a Toyota Tundra to pull the trailer in my signature; it hauled it around like a boss and I basically only pull my trailer in the mountains. The issue I kept coming back to was the payload; I was basically out of it and my family was getting bigger. I went from the Tundra to a single rear wheel 3500HD diesel. It pulls it better than my Tundra did; but my Tundra pulled it more than adequately. Where I noticed the biggest difference was stability and slowing down on the big mountain passes. I could have kept my Tundra and probably been fine, but with my most valued items on board I wanted to be sure.
Plus, when my wife says “I want to bring all this”, I say “whatever makes you happy honey.”
Good luck with whatever you decide.
