Far too many guesses. I would start at a scale to verify the above. You could spend $500-3000 on a new WDH. You could spend $1000 on new tires. $200 on trailer axle alignment, $300 on shocks, or $70k on a new dually. All guesses if your experience will improve. My WDH in particular is more picky than other designs, but there is a world of difference in towing stability when it is correct vs. not. 60mph scary or 75mph stable, all with the same vehicle/loads/within specs. Spend $15 at a CAT scale to verify that quoted claim. Take 3 passes - truck alone, truck with trailer tongue on ball, truck with trailer with WDH. Find out where you stand with respect to all your truck's ratings as well as TW % and how well that WDH is adjusted.
