One thing I do need to mention that I missed in my first post (and should have stated) is, you need to be cognizant when you install fans in the upper cavity (or blowing up from the lower cavity) because the boiler flame is small and (I think) could be adversely impacted by a strong airflow produced by the fans. I purposely offset mounted the fans almost touching the condenser but away from the boiler exhaust outlet, I didn't want the increased airflow to 'suck out' the flame, it is small. Would be a non issue on 110 volts or 12 volts, neither of which is my preferred mode of operation though mine is set up for both.
I have a lot of airflow now, so much that you can readily feel the air being sucked in the lower vent...
I've read (on the net)where people install even more fans. My on amp draw is reasonable with 2. I think more would defeat the power consumption purpose and out you in the Danfoss compressor realm of power consumption.
