Norcold gives amount of level in 'degrees' (3 degrees side to side, and 6 degrees front to rear as you are standing looking at the refrigerator)
Dometic has more common sense approach (The vehicle needs to be leveled only so it is comfortable to live in /no noticeable sloping of
floors or walls).
Poor cooling performance is mainly due to RV MFGs lack of properly installing the fridge ----following RV Fridge MFGs instructions

Not sure but I think you have a Norcold Fridge....probably a N41X or N51X model.
If so here is the Norcold Installation Manual that gives clearances and has diagram showing baffles etc.
