Not sure but I think you have a Norcold Fridge....probably a N41X or N51X model.
If so here is the Norcold Installation Manual that gives clearances and has diagram showing baffles etc.

No Mr. Biscuit, it's a Dometic. I had a Norcold in my Lance however.
Good reference though. I see that Norcold don't show any auxilliary fans in the bulletin, even though in a side vent unit, it's almost a necessity to get rid of the condenser heat. No natural draft to speak of.
