The wire is already run from the roof so that's a zero cost. I have to add a DC breaker, and a new charge controller (included in the 1700 for parts). I'll be generous and say 5 hours work, most of which I could do myself but I will use my "go to" person. Let's say 2500 or $2.50 per watt installed.
Nobody said it could not be done more expensively or less expensively. Good for you for having some of the components already. My numbers are basically from a position of everything needs to be acquired. That means no existing batteries, no inverter, not prewired, probably more than 1000 watts solar panels and all need to be installed with the ability to be tilted toward the sun from the roof, all wired into the junction box, a new path to get the junction box wires to the charger, and paying a person basic RV hourly rates to do it, you know about $100/hour. Anybody that thinks they can go to their local RV dealer and get solar installed into their unit for $1700 will be greatly disappointed.
Anyone that would pay their local RV dealer to do anything will likely be disappointed.
