Thanks, Bonesquatch...I'm currently scraping old caulk from every seam, cleaning it with 70% isopropyl alcohol so the new caulk bonds well; and I'm going to seal those roof seams. I've been tapping around, and aside from a soft spot on the front corner and one at the door on the floor, mine seems to be pretty sound. Miraculously....LOL!! I suspect that it lived indoors, until the woman I bought it from purchased it, maybe 4 or 5 years ago. And it will be kept in a garage for as long as I own it.
