We had something similar happen when we ordered our Cougar in 2002. When it arrived it had a flip down bed instead of the full fold out couch bed. The dealer was 2 hours from home :( They took the flip down couch out while we waited and let us take it home without the couch.. they had ordered another Cougar with the fold out couch and the same colours and called us a couple of weeks later to let us know it was in. I drove down to pick it up with the $100. the dealer gave me for gas and he told me to pickup $50 worth of Rv stuff out of the showroom. I was quite pleased with his effort to mitigate the factory screw-up!!
