Another newbie question??

I found a coachman Catalina 2015 model 263RLS. I like this model because it has the two swivel chairs as well as the couch.

Here is my question
The KV spree connect 2015 and this coachman Catalina look about the same in price.

In all of your opinion which is a better made unit?

Thank you all. You are all so helpful and knowledgable!
  • Are these two units at the same dealer? If not, the quality of dealer service and location could be a deciding factor. As with car dealers, they can make a huge difference in how they help you once you have problems or warranty issues.

My opinion is they are most likely equivalent in quality.

The best camper for you is the one that has the options and floor plan you prefer.

Now that you have shopped around and seen what options are available write a punch list of the options you prefer and what you want to avoid.

    What is important to you?
Counter space in the kitchen area
    Certain type of shower
Access to the fridge and restroom with slides closed
Walk around bed (some beds are difficult to make)
Elbow room sitting on the toilet
Swivel chairs in the big rear window
    curb side dinette
Booth or table and chair dinette
    Big comfy couch
    Kitchen/bath/bedroom storage
Can you watch TV looking straight or do you have to turn your head

Write this down in order from Must Have to nice to have down to avoid.
Take this list with you each time you look at a camper and start checking things off.

YOUR camper is the one you walk into and say "This is it!".

It's a big decision. Take your time but don't fall into analysis paralysis. Some will analyze this to the point of frustration looking for that non-existent perfect camper and do nothing in the end.

Have fun with the shopping process. This is just step one of the RVing experience.
