I was thinking about it as well, but it has to be optical illusion as at 13-6 he would have to have oversize signs.
Most likely he has no AC on the roof, so the roof line is at about 13' level. My camper roof line is at about 12', but than I have over a foot of AC.
Than if he's got air suspension, he likely drop it down for camping.
