From those numbers we can give you a darn close estimation of how much weight your truck can carry and pull.
I always look at the trailer dry weight and its GVWR. Some trailers have a large CCC and others a small CCC. From those numbers most folks can make a ball park max number.
A 5xxxk lb dry weight can grow by 1000-1500 lbs all depending on how its loaded.

I'm not sure how everyone gets so much extra weight in their campers. I weighed everything I put into my current camper(food, tools, blankets, etc) and it only totaled and extra 280 lbs or so.
