I just added a Hellwig rear anti-sway this spring. After a few shorter trips, and one extended trip (just returned Sunday...) I would say the anti-sway bar is the icing on the cake.
After upgrading tires/wheels, and adding supersprings the Hellwig was the missing link that tied it all together. Really helps the suspension system work in unison.
It is a subtle difference, but definitely smoothed out the ride loaded and gives a nice firm ride unloaded.
Bottom line is I am pleased with the Hellwig, for the $ it was a great investment and really tamed the ride of the truck...
