IIRC the RM is slightly larger diameter...it was also 2x the $...
I went with Hellwig for < $300 on Amz. + free shipping.
It did arrive with all the correct pcs.
B - martyn8677ExplorerI just bought a used 2011 Ford f350 and to my surprise, it does not have sway bars.
- Butch50ExplorerDo you have a rear anti sway bar now. My Ford did and I never changed it out. It worked fine with my NL camper. I did order the camper package on it.
If you have a factory one I would try it before getting a new one first, then if you think you need it get it. My Ram did not have one from the factory. The Big Wig is huge compared to the factory one.
The Ram came with one on the front but none on the rear, Go figure.
If you don't have one I would just try the rear first and see how that works. - martyn8677Explorerthanks Mike, do most of you all just put them on the rear? Or one on the front too?
- Mello_MikeExplorerThere's really not much of a difference between the two, though lately, Hellwig has had a few issues shipping the right parts in their kits. My Hellwig works great and I've been very happy with it.

- Buzzcut1Nomad IIadded roadmaster front and rear anti sway bars to replace/ upgrade the oem set. no contest. the truck drives better loaded and unloded than it did with the oem Ford set in all driving conditions.
- svjimExplorerI've recently added both front and rear Big Wig anti sway bars on my F250. They replace the factory installed bars and the difference is quite noticeable. No more being pushed across lanes when large trucks pass and flat turns handle much nicer. They are certainly worth the money in my opinion.
- Butch50ExplorerI just added a Big Wig anti sway bar to my 2013 Ram dually with a 14,000# GVWR and I have found that the truck almost acts like my sports car. It corners almost flat now and this is when it is empty. I have not had my camper loaded yet after the install but I can not help but feel that it is going to help there also. I have not found any negatives to having it on an already heavy sprung truck, it is no rougher than before and it wasn't really that rough to begin with. I am happy with my installation of it.
- billtexExplorer III just added a Hellwig rear anti-sway this spring. After a few shorter trips, and one extended trip (just returned Sunday...) I would say the anti-sway bar is the icing on the cake.
After upgrading tires/wheels, and adding supersprings the Hellwig was the missing link that tied it all together. Really helps the suspension system work in unison.
It is a subtle difference, but definitely smoothed out the ride loaded and gives a nice firm ride unloaded.
Bottom line is I am pleased with the Hellwig, for the $ it was a great investment and really tamed the ride of the truck...
