Anti-Sway WD Hitch Upgrade Ideas

Thanks for all the input so far. I realize that the current Titan is not quite as powerful as I'd like. The 2015s are (supposedly) going to be available with a Cummins Turbo Diesel! Anyhow, I don't have the luxury of getting a new truck immediately.
I also think that the tongue weight might be a big culprit. This thing is a rear kitchen, so the fridge, oven, microwave, and food storage are all in the rear 2-3' of the trailer. I'll have to take it to a scale and weigh it and load it properly since NO tow vehicle is going to change where the kitchen is in the trailer! :)
In response to the reply that had the bold section, I think I was inaccurate in my OP. I didn't really experience "sway" so much as "wobble." And that occurred on a downhill with 35+MPH gusts (according to the news weather broadcasts).
My system now does have two of the trunnion bars, one on either side of the trailer tongue. But I know they function to resist movement AFTER it has begun. I'd rather try to prevent it in the first place.
I'll have to check on the weight numbers, I don't have them available here at work.
