No way a 6.2 should be pulled down to 35 pulling 8,000# on a 3% grade!!
Either the driver is afraid to let it rev, or something is wrong with the engine or drive train.
It is not a diesel or EcoBoost it delivers max HP and Torque at high revs 4,000+.
