Any experience selling via NationalVehicle.com?

Been looking to sell my rv and came across NationalVehicle.com. Reviews online have been mixed, particularly prior to 2019; however, the company has since replied to inquiries from the BBB and said it was reforming practices to better satisfy customers. Wondering if anyone here has any experience with this company in latter days...
