Any hints on releasing the TT tongue from the ball???

been towing a TT for about a year now maybe 7 times and every time when i go to park it and release the TT tongue from the ball it just never releases without cranking the trailer up with the electric...

To all thanks so much. made some notes of the ideas and suggestions and will be trying them next time out... some seem like they will really work. will also lube the ball and coupler, never did that before.
As usual, I came to the right place for some great answers.
