Any KC Connect Owners?

Still in the "search" for the right TT to do the tour in and we are looking at a KZ Connect 261RL. Any feedback on KZ? I've looked all over the internet and can't find anything but good reviews. Looks to be a viable pick...good price with a 2 year warranty if buying new, which we may not do, but at 22K for brand spankin it's in the cards.
  • Cant speak for the Connect but KZ themselves has been AWESOME to deal with ..

IF they offered a version that I liked when I purchased my recent fiver, it would have been a KZ product..

I would not hesitate buying a KZ

That is a great floorplan. I'm sending a link to a friend of mine looking for something like this!

I would not hesitate to pull the trigger on a KZ.

I have a KZ 5th wheel. Zero issues, everything works. Would buy again.
  • Our 2008 K-Z Spree 240BH-LX, purchased new, developed several ripples due to delamination on the curb side of the trailer. Eventually we traded it back in to the dealer who later resold it, I'm sure without doing anything about the delamination. K-Z is now owned by Thor so perhaps this issue has been resolved with newer models.
  • We had a very experience with our KZ Spree Escape and were seriously looking at the Connect 281RL as our next trailer. Unfortunately no one within 500 miles of us had one and we found a Jayco with a similar floor plan (much more dealer support).

We spend 150 nights over five years in the KZ putting about 7,000 miles on it before we traded it in. Other then a couple of minor issues that were covered under warranty (KZ even allowed us to have the warranty work done by a non-KZ dealer) the trailer held up nicely and looked like new when we sold it (according to someone that was camping next to us the week before we traded it in).
