It's not always stolen - my Jayco was not titled. The owner purchased it in Florida for a couples of months work and then brought it back to Texas. He did not title it in Florida or Texas. We found out at DMV that he first had to title it in his name (in Texas) and then transfer the title to me.

Not sure why anyone would want to support what appears to be thievery when there are so many legitimate trailers out there with similar pricing (and titles). I am the unlucky guy that would get caught with stolen goods and lose whatever I paid. I suppose if it is cheap enough there will be a buyer.

I would have no questions unless I actually wanted to tow it somewhere. It would still make a nice hunting cabin etc.
