We have reservations at Sutton Campground just north of Florence and are looking forward to a weekend of relaxing and watching people do dumb things on the dunes (possibly myself included, as last time I went out, I found a soft pocket of sand and buried the truck right to the frame rails).
I just came back from a two week trip around the oregon coast. We stayed at Jessie Honeyman State park for 6 days. We dropped the camper and did day trips each day. We often passed by the Sutton Campground. Beautiful area.
