I must have gotten a bad salesman when I called there. He acted insulted when I told him his quote seemed high, and then immediately got defensive and asked me abruptly if I had been talking to Dennis Dillon (I had previously told him I lived in the Boise area). When I said yes and told him they gave me a much better quote, he said to call him back after I went in and they changed the offer on me.
So I went to Dennis Dillon, they didn't change the offer, and I drove away in a new Ram. I called the guy at Dave Smith like he asked me to, but he never called me back.
I may have just got a bad apple, but I was less than impressed. Going into it I figured that's where I'd buy based on what I'd heard over the years. The dealership that actually came the closest to Dillon was Larry Miller in Boise, and the guy I dealt with there was great - he just wouldn't come down quite low enough.
Edit - with regard to options, I actually found that Peterson and MHAR had no ST/SLT trucks with the anti-spin axle, which I wanted. Other than that they seemed to offer comparable functional features. All of them had tow mirrors. The only functional option I wanted and didn't get was the backup camera, but I can add that easily enough.
