Anybody installed one of these tongue jacks yet?

I am going to upgrade to an electric tongue jack and have narrowed it down to either the Barker or Atwood 3500# jacks. This morning I was at my local RV supply store and they had one of these in stock...

I have an Atwood jack and put the Fastway flip foot on it. Same concept. Love the jack and the extra 6" of lift I get from the foot. The foot was only $20 IIRC and took about a half hour to install.
