I had an Ultra Fab 300 on the TT in my sig that I sold. Not even a year old and it just quit. After checking all the connections I could I determined it was the jack. I laid out just around 300 clams for it so I called CW. They said they do not warranty the product but put me in touch with Ultra Fab. After speking with one of the the people at Ultra Fab they also determined it was defective and shipped me a new one for free. I asked him if he wanted me to send him the old one and he replied just throw it out! Great company. So now that I sold that TT and just bought a bigger heavier one, guess what, it was a no brainer to have installed an Ultra Fab 4000. That single act of good customer service caused me to buy from them again. And Ill do it again.
PS My tongue weight is around 900# the 4000 doesnt even struggle. Good product Good Company
